What's news in the Limo and Party Bus Rental scene?

Take a Holiday Light Tour with Dream Limousine

Men, women, and children look forward to holiday festivities all year. They cannot wait to get together with family and friends to enjoy events that are only available during this season. The ability to make memories and have fun is something they eagerly await.

One thing many people like to do each year is to take part in a holiday light tour. When doing so, they should consider renting a party bus. This allows them to bring together a large group of people to enjoy the beauty of the lights while leaving the driving to someone else. With the bus, more people can take part in the fun. Everyone will stay together and have the time to socialize between displays. It’s the perfect way to soak in the beauty of the season.

People might drive through neighborhoods to see homes dressed for the holiday. However, there are plenty of attractions that offer lights and other holiday fun that shouldn’t be overlooked. The following are some popular light displays in and around the Detroit area.

Big Bright Light Show

Imagine seeing more than one million lights in one location. Doing so is easy if you do a Detroit shuttle rental to take you through the Downtown area. Buildings throughout the area will glimmer with holiday lights and delight everyone who sees them. Every night from November 22, 2021, to January 3, 2022, the lights will be up and running from 5 pm until Midnight. This is one display you do not want to miss. In fact, you may want to return to see them again and show them to family and friends who didn’t participate in the tour.

Wild Lights at the Detroit Zoo

Every year people rave about Wild Lights and it is easy to see why. Strategic Staffing Solutions puts on this light show each year, using more than five million LED lights to amaze and astound viewers. They place these lights on trees, sculptures, and buildings to light up the sky. Visitors can see the display starting November 20, 2021, and ticket prices vary based on the day and hour a person chooses to attend. Plan a +visit in advance. This is the first time the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition will be seen in America, and the zoo is proud to include this exhibit in the price of the Wild Lights admission.

Lightfest at Hines Park

Set aside time to visit Lightfest at Hines Park. This holiday light display spans four miles and features approximately 50 animated themed displays. More than a hundred thousand lights make up these displays, and people cannot wait for the attraction to open. It does so on November 18, 2021, and will remain open Wednesdays through Sundays until December 31, 2021. Plan to visit the park between the hours of 6 pm to 10 pm. Everyone in the vehicle can chip in and keep the cost low.

Taylor Winterfest

Another can’t-miss attraction is Taylor Winterfest. This annual event offers a holiday experience in the center of Heritage Park. Visitors find interactive high-tech light displays and more. There is something for everyone here. Many people love the characters while others come to see the holiday displays. See the Nutcracker, take a photo with Santa, enjoy delicious treats, and take part in other activities. With so much to see and do, people often find they want to return multiple times to ensure they don’t miss out on any of the festivities.

Northville Symphony of Lights

Formerly known as Livonia Lights, the Northville Symphony of Lights entertains visitors of all ages. This display remains so popular that it was listed among the top 12 Christmas light displays in the state. Approximately 150,000 lights make up this display and they dance to music. The entire display focuses on the birth of Christ, which is the real meaning of the season. The show runs every night from 6 pm to 8:30 pm starting December 1, 2021, and continuing through New Year’s Day. The shows start every 20 minutes.

Meadow Brook Hall Winter Wonder Lights

This self-guided outdoor light display graces the grounds of Meadow Brook Hall. Combine a trip to the Big Bright Light Show with a trip to Oakland University to see this attraction and you’ll have the perfect night with your family, friends, or significant other. Explore this National Historic Landmark dressed for the holiday, and enjoy cotton candy that glows in the dark. The outdoor cafe offers seasonal drinks, hot meals, and more. Spend time around a bonfire or plan your visit during one of the special events. Regardless of when you come, you are sure to enjoy the displays and other activities.

Greenfield Village

Visitors to Greenfield Village find it to be one of the nation’s premier celebrations of the holiday. This annual tradition has brought people to the area for more than two decades and continues this year with bonfires, carolers, yuletide activities, and more. The village spans more than 80 acres and all have been decorated. Head to Main Street to enjoy some holiday goods or explore the area in a horse-drawn carriage. Historic homes open their doors to visitors and people share their special holiday traditions.

Consider planning your visit so you can take part in one of the special events put on in the village. This year, tickets to popular events such as Holiday Nights in Eagle Tavern and Supper with Santa will be available online. Begin planning your visit today so you don’t miss out on the fun.

Lights on Lake Orion

The Daisy Project functions to help enrich the lives of those with special needs. Doing so costs money, so every year Lights on Lake Orion works to raise funds for the organization. Individuals can drive through the neighborhood to see the light displays or make the trip on foot. Either way, they will see more than 16,000 lights accompanied by holiday music. Individuals in cars can tune in to a local radio station so they get the full experience. It’s an enjoyable trip regardless of how a person chooses to participate.

Olde World Canterbury Village

Combine your holiday light tour with some Christmas shopping by taking a trip to Olde World Canterbury Village. The village transforms into a winter wonderland that features approximately one million festive lights. Furthermore, it hosts a seven-minute light show accompanied by classic holiday songs. Professional carolers perform for visitors, and people can see recreations of beloved holiday scenes. Children may visit Santa Claus and get their picture taken for free or drop their wish list in Santa’s personalized mailbox. The biggest problem a person might have is once they visit the village they never want to leave.

Magic of Lights

When the weather turns cold, a person might not want to leave their car or public transportation to see holiday lights. Thanks to Magic of Lights, they don’t have to spend time outdoors. They can enjoy a breathtaking holiday light display from the comfort of a shuttle or a limousine, from Dream Limousine. Magic of Lights includes favorite holiday scenes and characters associated with the holidays. What makes this attraction so popular is the digital animations and latest LED technology. The attraction is priced by vehicle, making this the perfect destination for groups large and small.

Nite Lights

Head over to Michigan International Speedway and check out Nite Lights. This drive-thru holiday light show offers five miles of light displays that share the joy of the season. The light displays surround your vehicle and enthrall you when doing so. Furthermore, drivers can take their vehicle down pit road, an opportunity most people never have. For some people, this opportunity alone is enough to have them planning a trip to the light display at the first available opening.

Frankenmuth

Frankenmuth is one of the most Christmassy towns in the nation? The half-mile display of holiday lights likely played a role in this honor. People know this display as 25 Christmas Lane and visitors are certain to agree that is an appropriate name for the street which is home to more than 100,000 Christmas lights.

Holiday light tours delight and entertain people of all ages. If you are having a hard time finding a gift for a loved one, consider renting a limo or shuttle and taking them to see the lights. The time you spend together taking part in this tour will be a memory they will treasure for years to come, and that’s what makes a perfect gift.
